Due to the arrangement of attachment elements, the height of the drawer side walls can be increased and thus the effective receiving volume of the drawer can be increased. The attachment elements can be formed, for example, as hollow profiles or alternatively as decorative, plate-shaped inserts made of glass, wood, metal, plastic or ceramic. In a known drawer according to DE 201 10 531 U1, a top frame can be attached to a drawer without tools. At the front end of the top frame an expansion dowel is arranged for this purpose, which can be inserted into a predrilled bore of the front panel and then spread by lateral pivoting of the top frame within this hole. By a further pivoting movement of the attachment frame, a holding device arranged on the rear end region of the attachment frame can be snapped onto the drawer rear wall. In a further embodiment according to DE 20 2007 017 999 U1 a generic drawer is disclosed with a side wall, wherein the front panel is height adjustable relative to the drawer side wall. Object of the present invention is to provide a drawer of the type mentioned with an improved attachment of the attachment element. This is achieved by the features of claim 1. According to the invention, it is thus provided that the holding device of the attachment element has at least one guide element extending vertically in the position of use, wherein the guide element is displaceably mounted relative to the fitting part by a height adjustment of the front diaphragm brought about by the height adjustment device. The covers 16 each have a bottom surface whose wall thickness determines the size of the gap between the lower edge of the attachment element 12 and the upper edge of the side wall 10.
